Software License Agreement

Please read carefully and confirm that you understand this Software License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") and the rights and limitations stipulated therein. Only when you agree to the terms of this Agreement can you download, install and use this software and related services.
1.Intellectual Property Rights Declaration
1.1. This software is protected by intellectual property laws. The information content related to the software, including but not limited to text and its combinations, icons, images, graphics, colors, interface designs, layouts, systems and corresponding data, additional programs, printed documents or electronic documents are protected by copyright laws and international copyright protection treaties, and are also protected by other intellectual property protection laws.
1.2. The location positioning using software tools is not professional positioning. Therefore, this function can only be used for reference purposes.
2.Scope of Application of the Software License
2.1. Download, Installation and Use: This software can be used free of charge for non-commercial purposes, and the right to download, install and use this software an unlimited number of times is granted.
3.Limitations
3.1. It is prohibited to use reverse engineering tools to reconstruct, decompile: Users are prohibited from using reverse engineering tools to reconstruct, decompile files or change the source code of any program files.
3.2. It is prohibited to disassemble it into separate components. This software is an integrated product, and users must obtain permission before disassembling its existing parts for any purpose.
3.3. The location positioning devices and this software are only applicable for household use. Users are prohibited from using them for criminal or other purposes that endanger society.
4.Rights
4.1. Separate License: If this software is to be used for commercial purposes, including but not limited to copying, distributing (such as selling the software), and reinstalling, prior written consent from "iecute" must be obtained.
4.2. Reserved Rights: If you want to use the rights that are not clearly stipulated in this agreement but still belong to "iecute communication", you must obtain the written consent of "iecute communication".
5.Precautions
5.1. This software is sold together with the sales equipment of "iecute communication Company", and the location positioning service is provided together with the location positioning map, remote monitoring and early warning functions.
5.2. The software that uses the built-in "Google" map will verify the location positioning points, such as early warning messages.
5.3. The sold "iecute communication" devices will regularly report the usage of location positioning information to the "iecute communication" server. This will correspondingly generate traffic, which will be charged by mobile operators. Meanwhile, fees for real-time positioning, tracking modes, and message sending will also be incurred.
5.4. There are location positioning devices associated with accounts in this software. Device Location Positioning Function: The location positioning function is fully installed and can immediately start sending location and time information to the "iecute communication" server. After activating this software, the following functions will take effect:
1.Three types of location - positioning functions, namely Wi - fi positioning, GPS positioning, or LBS (Location - Based Service) positioning；
2.Daily Trajectory Viewing: You can switch dates and view the entire date category to track historical data；
3.Real-time Location: You can click the location button to obtain the latest location information of the child. Then the program will send instructions through the network, and the location information will be sent to the "iecute communication" server, and the server will send the message to the program;
4.Common Settings: You can use this software to set the sending frequency of device messages and select different frequencies for different scenarios. This software can operate in power-saving mode, manual mode, positioning mode and various other modes;
5.Family Phone Number Setting: Through this software, you can input the phone numbers of family members into the child's watch. In this way, the child can click on the family phone number button and immediately dial the corresponding family phone number.
5.5. There is an automatic reminder function in this software: The "iecute communication" server continuously locates the position of the child, records the child's actions and sends corresponding reminders to you. There are the following types of reminders:
1.Electronic Reminder: When the watch records that the child has gone beyond the boundary of the safe area, the "iecute communication" server will immediately send a message to your program.
2.  SOS：In case of special situations during the use of the watch, the user activates the SOS function, and then the "iecute communication" server will immediately send an SOS message to you. The SOS signal will be sent according to the situation, so you will obtain more information when special situations occur. Please note that when the program is installed on your device and sends messages to you, you can accept or reject them.
5.6. This software is only applicable to the official operating system. Therefore, if you have installed this software and decide not to use it anymore, you can delete this software through the operating system.
5.7. This software is provided with product support functions by "iecute communication".
5.8. Software Changes and Updates: "iecute" reserves the right to make software changes and updates at any time. Software updates are subject to the data traffic charges stipulated by mobile operators.
5.9. This software uses the camera and can access the photo album function.
6. Legal Acts
Users who use this software must abide by the laws and this agreement. According to relevant laws, users have no right to：
6.1. delete or change this software and all electronic information；
6.2. The rights of the author of this software are protected by human and technological means；
6.3. It is prohibited to use this software to deceive or mislead others；
6.4. For mobile device system functions that violate the provisions of national laws, such as system changes and deletions, they may not work properly;

6.6. Delete, change or install new mobile device functions without separate permission；
6.7. Save, process or transmit personal data or delete, change and extend programs without permission；

Except in cases stipulated by law, without the user's consent, "iecute communication" has no right to disclose their personal data to any third party. To protect personal data, "iecute communication" uses professional encryption, storage, and information transmission methods.
7.2. You can specify certain personal data when registering an account or using the services. If required by national laws or regulations, you must enter correct identification data. If the data you enter is incomplete, you will be unable to use the services or the use will be restricted.
7.3. Generally speaking, you can browse, view or change your information at any time. However, the information provided for security and identification purposes during the initial registration cannot be changed.
7.4. "Iecute" uses various security technologies and procedures to strive to create an effective management system to protect your personal data from illegal viewing, use and disclosure.
7.5. "Iecute" pays special attention to the protection of personal data of minors. If you are a person under the age of 18, you must obtain the permission of your parents or legal guardians before starting to use the services.
